This Educational Facility has been founded by practicing dental professionals including a dental hygienist and a dentist. The facility opened in the winter of 2003.

Articulation Agreement: An Opportunity for Degree Completion
TCDHA is proud to announce that we have an articulation agreement in place with Athabasca University. Upon graduation TCDHA students will be granted transfer credits toward Athabasca Universities’ Bachelor of Health Administration Program, and/or the Bachelor of Science-Human Science Post diploma program. This is an excellent opportunity for all graduates to enhance their professional opportunities.

TCDHA Curriculum and the National Competencies:
Education across Canada is changing with Dental Hygiene Program adapting the "Entry to Practice Competencies and Standards for Canadian Dental Hygienists". The Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries Inc. is happy to announce that our program has been assessed and has been found to meet the National Competencies. Potential changes to our program hours will still be accommodated within the existing 18 month format.
